Hallock Bay is very shallow area
and not very accessible to larger boats.
Some power boats can gain access to the area but
not many sailboats.
Small boats may want to anchor
along the south east shore line but most boats
will feel more comfortable anchoring in the
deeper waters of Orient
Harbor.
